Belinda has an extensive background in human resources management and strategy having successfully ran her own HR consulting business for the past 10 years. Belinda has worked with both large and small businesses in a wide variety of industries including legal, financial, manufacturing, retail, hospitality and construction.
During her career Belinda has worked closely with business owners to improve the people management and development of their teams to ensure optimum performance. Belinda's experience in relation to industrial relations and compliance with staffing is second to none, having developed Enterprise Bargaining Agreements in multiple businesses.
Belinda has developed teams using the DiSC profiling tools and is an accredited trainer in DiSC.
Business management is something that Belinda has sound skills and experience in, having developed her business from scratch and building a strong and successful business that has an excellent reputation in the Greater Macarthur district.
Belinda's career has spanned over 20 years with previous senior HR management positions with NSW Health, within aged care industry and manufacturing.
Belinda's reputation is one of high ethics, reliability and stability.
Being recognised for her skills Belinda has also worked on several boards including currently sitting on the Greater Narellan Chamber of Commerce Executive and recently being appointed to the Camden Region Economic Taskforce Board. Belinda has also worked on the boards of Youth Solutions and Sydney Southwest Business Enterprise Centre. In total she has over 5 years of board level experience.
