About the business and the role
With offices in Sydney CBD, South West Sydney & the Hunter Valley, this growing law firm provides quality legal services to clients in a range of areas including Environmental, Local Government and Planning, Family law, Employment law, Commercial law, wills & probate and property matters. The business requires a passionate and dedicated Business Development Manager with ideally experience in the legal sector.
The role will involve:
This role will work with the Managing Partner and marketing team to support the implementation, evaluation of the firm’s marketing and business development strategies and drive our brand in the Sydney market. You will work closely with our Senior Legal Professionals in brand development, client relationship management and developing new clients.
General responsibilities will include:
Support significant growth across all six offices
Working alongside Managing Partner
Launch and drive new and innovative marketing/BDM projects
Direct client activities and engagement
Roll out, execute and report on strategies
Client account management
Implement business and marketing plans in consultation with Marketing Consultants
Implement business development activities
Attend networking and community forums to increase brand awareness
A successful applicant with have the following attributes and skills:
Someone who can demonstrate a successful track record in a business development
Proven experience in lead generation
Highly autonomous and able to self-manage & accountability
Strong customer service skills, solid work either and be highly self-motivated and passionate.
Have experience within in legal or professional services
