Kaisha is a lawyer and part of the legal team at the Coutts Narellan office. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Social Science from Western Sydney University and has been admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Kaisha works to provide cost effective legal solutions across the areas of wills & estates, property law and debt recovery. She is passionate about helping our clients to prepare their estate planning documents to ensure their beneficiaries are properly provided for. Kaisha also works to assist the executor’s or family members of a deceased person to manage and distribute the estate after someone has passed away. She has experience in acting on behalf of both the estate and individuals in matters involving a family provision claim.
Kaisha's property law and debt recovery experience has been primarily focused on small businesses in and around the Macarthur area, and has included acting on matters in relation to retail and commercial leasing, negotiating and resolving leasing disputes and debt recovery solutions for small to medium businesses.
